this hotel was really nice! breakfast was super delish with a lot of choices, and they even had fresh flatbreads every morning. the staff were all so friendly, especially this lovely lady from housekeeping who always greeted us with a smile. the heated pool had the most amazing view, perfect to chill after a day of exploring. also, the location is super convienent, really close to grand bazaar!
the room was kinda small and i felt a bit cramped sometimes. also, the bathroom could've been cleaned better, it had a bit of an unpleasent smell at times.

amazing access to attractions and beautiful parks nearby
Staying at this hotel made exploring the city a breeze, with the Blue Mosque just a 20-minute stroll away and the vibrant Grand Bazaar only 1.5 kilometers away for some great shopping and culture. not to mention, I really appreciated the staff’s friendly attitude and the stunning rooftop views at sunset after a long day of wandering around the streets.

We had a wonderful time exploring Istanbul and the kids especially loved the local parks nearby. The friendly staff definitely made our stay more enjoyable, and the pool was a fun end to our busy days, even if it wasn't heated. They also had a cozy setup for families.
In my wife’s opinion, the tiny rooms weren't ideal for our family. It would be great to have larger family accommodations available.

great location but rooms need improvement
The location is fantastic, with a vibrant city view that truly enhances the experience! ! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always went the extra mile to assist us. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a buffet filled with fresh local delicacies, making it a delightful start to the day.
The room felt a bit cramped, lacking adequate space for our belongings.

The Double or Twin Room was quite cramped, honestly. It felt more like a small single room with a double bed shoved in. Not much space to move or store our luggage, and it was a bit noisy too. The bathroom was definitely showing its age and cleanliness could have been improved. But on the bright side, the little touches from housekeeping made it warmer and cozier. Just wish the room was a bit more spacious.

The breakfast is fantastic with an open buffet offering fresh bread, cheese, and Turkish tea. I loved the beautiful heated pool with a great view. The front desk service was available 24 hours, catering to all our needs. The housekeeping staff always greeted us warmly. 😊
